光学反射镜结构材料优化研究

摘    要:空间反射镜片的应用日益广泛,选择最佳综合性能的材料和结构是制造镜片首先需要解决的问题。为此,设计了不同材料的、不同减重结构的镜片,通过有限单元法程序模拟计算了镜片固有频率,以及重力、温度场和光源辐镜片面形的影响。通过计算结果的比较,确定光学玻璃、铍和碳化硅等太空镜片材料的适宜场合,以及优化镜片的减重结构。计算结果表明,铍镜片的综合性能最佳,但必须考虑其毒性;低温和光源辐照条件下,碳化硅镜片性能最佳。

Abstract:Light_weight optic mirrors made of optic glass,berylium and silicon carbide were designed with their frequencies calculated by FEM and the effects of gravity,temperature field and light radiation on the wave_front error of mirrors were studied.The properties of optic glass,Be and SiC,were compared with each other to determine the right application of each material and the best stuctural design.It can be seen from the results that if only considering gravity,Be,optical glass and SiC can meet the requirements, and Be is the best except its toxicity.Under low temperature and light radiation condition,SiC is the best.
