摘    要:本文结合氧化铝生产实际,通过分级设备、循环负荷、入磨矿石粒度等对磨矿效率的影响的分析,指出了完善和优化格子磨——旋流器一段闭路磨矿工艺和进一步降低入磨矿石粒度是提高磨矿效率的有效途径。

Abstract:In combination with alumina production practice, the paper points out that improvement and optimization of a section of closed milling process (grade mill-cyclone) and further reduction of ore grain size are effective approaches for enhancing mill capacity after analysis on milling efficiency impacted by classification equipment, recycle load and bauxite grain fineness imported into grade mill.
