聚砜/聚醚类高聚物共混相容性及超滤膜的研究

摘    要:研究了由聚砜(PSf)和自制的聚醚类高聚物制备的共混超滤膜的组分相容性、性能及膜结构.利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了纯PSf、纯聚醚类高聚物以及不同PSf/聚醚类高聚物共混配比制得的超滤膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg).实验结果表明,PSf与聚醚类高聚物组分在整个配比范围内完全相容.所测定的共混膜的Tg与利用Fox方程得出的理论计算值相一致.PSf/聚醚类高聚物共混膜的水通量要高于纯PSf和纯聚醚类高聚物且截留率几乎没有变化.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了膜的形态并对膜的超滤性能进行了解释.

Abstract:Miscibility, performance and morphology of polysulfone (PSf)/polyether blend membranes prepared by our lab were studied. The T_g values of pure PSf, pure polyether and the PSf/polyether blend membranes were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It shows that PSf and polyether formed miscible blends at different ratios of PSf and polyether. The T_g values of PSf/polyether blend membranes follow the theoretical prediction from the Fox equation. The water flux of the membranes prepared from PSf/ polyether blends exhibited higher water flux than the membrane prepared from pure polymer PSf or polyether without any change in solute rejection. The morphology of the membranes was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to rationalize the observed membrane performance.
