| 摘 要： | 介绍了CCD粗纱张力自动检测调节系统的工作原理，指出影响粗纱纺纱张力的因素有CCD粗纱自动检到调节装置的配置数量、吸入熟条的重量不匀率、熟条长片段不匀、假捻器的安装状态和粗纱在锭翼压掌叶上的线圈圈数等，在纺纱时要确保粗纱纺纱张力稳定，必须充分发挥粗纱张力控制系统的作用。

| Abstract: | The work principle of CCD roving tension automatic adjustment system is introduced.The result is pointed out that the factors influencing roving tension are CCD number,weight unevenness and long term unevenness of draw sliver,fixed state of false twister,winding coils of roving in pressure finger and so on.In order to enable spinning tension of roving stable,the function of controlling system should be developed fully. |
