无铅易切削铋黄铜的研究动态与展望

摘    要:文中系统回顾了无铅易切削铜合金的发展背景和铋黄铜的研究开发动态,对比分析了铅及其主要替代元素铋对黄铜合金微观组织及综合性能影响状况,重点介绍了铋黄铜合金成分优化、Bi在铜晶界的扩散和偏析行为及改善铋黄铜耐腐蚀性能等研究热点问题,对未来铋黄铜的研究和开发方向提出了建议.

Abstract:This article systematically reviews the research backgrounds and trends of lead free and easy-to-be-cut bismuth-brass. The microstrueture and comprehensive performance of brass alloy affected by lead and its alternative element bismuth is compared. Some hot research areas, including composition optimization of bismuth brass alloy, diffusion and segregation of Bi in Cu grain boundaries, corrosion resistance improvement of bismuthbrass. Some suggestions are put forward on the research prospect of bismuth brass.
