| 摘 要： | 建筑能效测评标识是新时期强化建筑节能闭合监管的科学举措,文章以建筑能效测评标识的内涵、类型及其与绿色建筑评价标识的关系为切入点,阐述了国外建筑能效测评标识制度,重点论述了我国建筑能效测评标识的发展路径,系统总结了江苏省建筑能效测评标识的工作实践。

| Abstract: | Building energy efficiency evaluation and labehng IS a sclentmc measure ior strengmenmg me building energy-saving closed supervision. Taking the building energy efficiency evaluation and labeling connotation, types and green building labeling relations as the breakthrough point, it elaborated foreign building energy efficiency evaluation and labeling system, and evaluation and labeling development path. It summed up Jiangsu our country＇s building energy efficiency building energy efficiency evaluation andlabeling work practice. |
