旋转剪切阀门的设计与实验研究

摘    要:对目前阀门存在的一些问题,有针对性地设计了一种新型结构的阀门。这种结构的阀门采用了与现有阀门不同的结构形式,可以较好地解决阀门内漏问题。设计的阀门采用了金属-金属的平面硬密封结构,在流道附近采用耐磨损的材料,提高阀门密封面的磨损寿命。阀瓣与阀座之间的运动是直线与旋转的联合运动,阀瓣依靠弹簧力与阀座始终紧密贴合,阀门以剪切方式推出密封面上杂质的同时,又形成一种旋转形式的自研磨效果,保持密封面的平面精度和较低的表面粗糙度数值,使介质不产生内泄漏。实验结果表明,该种结构的阀门是可行的。

The Designing and Experimental Investigating of a Sort of Rotary Cutting Valve
Abstract:A new kind structure of valve was designed aiming at some problems in valve field at present. The valve with this structure adopts a structure mode different to the popular structure and can solve valve's inner leak. The new designed valve has metal-metal plane hard airproof structure, using durably grinding material near the flowing road to improve the airproof surface usage life-span. The movement between valve petal and valve base is linear and rotary motion mixture. Valve petal always firmly connects with valve base depending on spring force. The valve extrudes the impurity on the airproof surface according to cutting mode, at the same time, it forms a sort of revolving mode of self grinding to maintain airproof surface plane precision and small surface coarseness degree, avoiding medium inner leak. The experiment results indicate that this valve structure is applicable.
