加油设备模块划分方法研究

在加油设备模块化设计过程中 ,传统的模块划分方法在很大程度上依赖于设计经验 ,往往带有较大的主观性和盲目性 ,因此可靠性低 ,实用性差。针对上述问题 ,尝试采用计算子功能之间的相关度来进行加油设备模块划分。通过对加油设备的功能分解、子功能之间相关度计算并对功能进行合理整合 ,建立了加油设备的模块体系。该方法为加油设备模块划分提供了数学依据 ,避免了模块划分过程中的主观盲目性 ,并已在某新型加油设备的模块化设计中得到了应用 ,取得了较好的效果

Method of module creation in modular design of refuelling equipment

In the modular design of refuelling equipment, traditional method of module dividing relies on the design experiences to a great degree, therefore is unreliable. A new module dividing method is thereby put forward, i.e. dividing the modules of the refuelling equipment by calculating the degree of correlation of subfunctions. The module system of the refuelling equipment is established by means of functional decomposition and integration. This method is adopted in the modular design of a certain refuelling equipment, and good effect is achieved.
