| 摘 要： | 结合宝钢烧结投产以来对烧结工艺和设备进行的一系列革新和改造,分别从厚料层烧结工艺、高铁低硅烧结矿生产、低成本配矿、节能环保和提高产质量等方面回顾了宝钢烧结技术进步的历程,对烧结技术进步产生的效果进行了评述,并对今后宝钢烧结技术继续保持世界先进水平的前景进行了分析和展望。

| Abstract: | In the paper , a large number of ameliorations on sintering process and facilities are introduced, and the technology progresses are reviewed, which includes deep - bed sintering, higher ferrum and lower silica sintering, blended ore with low cost, energy - saving and environment - protecting technology and enhancing the sinter qualities, the effects of them are also commented,the probability is expected of sintering technology of Baosteel keeping the highest level in the world. |
