| 摘 要： | 为了优化轧制工艺和提高最终产品的质量,通过对轧件轧制过程传热关系的分析,采用软件ANSYS对低碳钢带铁素体区轧制过程温度场进行了模拟,得到了连轧过程的温度场数学模型,模拟结果与现场实测值吻合. |

| Abstract: | To optimize rolling process and improve quality of end products, based on analysis for heat transfer in rolling course, the temperature field of ferrite region of low carbon steel is simulated by means of ANSYS software, the field mathematical model got, and the result fit to site measurement. |
