丙烯酸树脂/纳米SiO2复合涂饰剂的合成研究

摘    要:对酸(HCI)催化溶胶-凝胶法纳米SiO2溶胶的制备工艺条件进行了正交试验和均匀验设计优化。研究了制备纳米SiO2溶胶时,混合试剂滴加速度、搅拌速度、表面活性剂的种类等条件对复合涂饰剂性能的影响以及纳米SiO2溶胶与丙烯酸树脂复合时,超声波作用对复合涂饰剂性能的影响。对丙烯酸树脂和纳米复合涂饰剂聚合物膜的吸水率、耐溶剂性等进行了测定。用透射电镜分别观察了丙烯酸树脂乳液和纳米复合树脂乳液的微观结构。研究表明:在合成复合涂饰剂时加入阳离子表面活性剂后可使其膜的物理机械性能提高48.66%。纳米复合涂饰剂成膜的吸水率、耐溶剂性较改性前丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂分别降低60.49%和提高60.56%,而且纳米SiO2粒子以非晶态形式均匀地被分散到纳米复合涂饰剂中。

Abstract:The process conditions of synthesis of nano-composite acrylic-resin/SiO_(2 )leather finishing Agent were optimized by orthogonal design and homogeneous design. The effect of dripping rate of mixed agent, stir speed, feeding pattern, surface-active agent (SAa) on the preparation SiO_(2) sol were investigated. The effect of supersonic dispersing of preparation of nano-composite on behavior of nano-composite as coating agent was investigated. Water absorption and resistance to solvent of film of nano-composite coating agent and acrylic resin were determined. The microstructure of acrylic-resin/SiO_(2) nano-composite and acrylic resin as coating agent were surface morphology characterized by SEM-EDS and AFM. From above experiments, the physical-mechanical property of the composite film has been improved by 48.66% by adding cationic SAa, and the water adsorption and resistance to solvent have been reduced and improved by 60.49% and 60.56% respectively. Nano SiO_(2) particles as amorphous state have been distributed into composite uniformly.
