摘 要: | 水平振动式输送机主要采用四轴惯性激振器产生激振力来输送物料,是一种新型惯性振动输送设备,适用于对不规则物料进行长、短距离输送。本文分析了输送机的输送原理和动力学特性,为进一步研究开发水平振动式输送机提供了参考依据。

The mechanism of a horizontally vibrated conveyer |

Abstract: | The conveyor which vibrates in horizontal direction is a new type of conveying machine.The vibration is produced by a counter rotating eccentric weight exciter with four shafts which have eccentric mass.It can transport large lump material in a short or long distance. The main contents of this paper are to analyze the theory of transportation and the dynamic characteristics . It is helpful to the further research and may set up a design basis of the conveyer. |
