| 摘 要： | 通过注射染毒法和常规组织学方法，研究Cd2＋对黄鳝红细胞微核率和肝组织的影响。结果表明：Cd2＋在浓度1．0，1．5，2．0，2．5，3．0mg／kg的剂量范围内，能诱发黄鳝外周血红细胞发生微核，微核率与染毒剂量有明显的正相关，肝细胞核形态发生异常。

| Abstract: | The authors researched the infection of cadmium to liver and micronucleus rate of blood cell in mud eel. The result indicated that cadmium can induce the circumference red blood cell occur micronucleus in the dosage scope of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mg/kg , the micrcnucleus rate and the contamination dosage showed significant positive correlation and the hepatocyte karyon occurred abnormally. |
