摘    要:压裂液交联/破胶性能敏感取决于温度,而压裂液与地层的温度往往相差较大,使得压裂液进入裂缝后温度逐渐变化.压裂液地面温度与地层温度相差越大,压裂液在缝中的温度分布越不平衡,对压裂液流变性的影响越大。文章从非稳定井筒传热的数值计算和水力裂缝温度场的数值计算入手,详细介绍了水力裂缝温度场模拟计算的方法,并以此为基础开发了压裂施工温度场模拟程序,并以CX115井为例进行了计算。该程序采用模块化设计,操作简便,能实时模拟裂缝温度场的分布,可为压裂液动态优化提供基础数据。该程序在现场施工中取得了较好的应用效果,具有良好的推广价值。

Abstract:The crosslinking/gel breaking properties of fracturing fluid are se nsitively dependent on temperature and the formation temperature is always much different from the fracturing fluid temperature,which makes the latter's being g radually changed after the fracturing fluid enters into the hydraulic fractures. The greater the difference between surface temperature and subsurface temperatur e,the more unbalanced the fracturing fluid temperature distribution in the fract ures,the larger the influence on the rheological property of the fracturing flui d.In the paper through the numerical calculation of unsteady heat transfer in we llbore and that of the temperature field of hydraulic fractures,the method of th e temperature field simulation calculation of hydraulic fractures is introduced in detail;on the basis of this,a temperature field simulation program of fractur ing operation is developed;and by taking well CX115 as an example,a relevant cal culation is carried out by the hand of the program.A modularization design was a dopted for the program and it is simply and conveniently operated.By use of the program,the fracture temperature field distribution can be timely simulated and the basic data may be provided for dynamic fracturing fluid optimization,thus ob taining a satisfactory application effect.Therefore it is of good popularizati on value.
