装载机液压油缸再制造可行性研究

摘    要:装载机液压油缸是整机易损件,开展液压油缸再制造是最大限度利用其中蕴涵的材料、能源和经济附加值,以达到节能、节材、环保目的,发展绿色循环经济。首先分析了油缸再制造背景,然后分析了油缸失效形式及再制造修复应达到的要求,接着对油缸修复技术手段进行比较选择,并给出了电刷镀技术修复油缸具体工艺过程及工艺参数选择,最后对修复后油缸进行性能检测。

Abstract:The loader hydraulic cylinder is the vulnerable parts, carry out the hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing is the maximum utilization of the implication of the material, energy and economic value added, in order to achieve the purpose of energy-saving, environmental protection materials, the development of circular economy, green. Firstly,analyzes the background of remanufacturing cylinder, and then analyzed the cylinder failure forms and remanufacturing repair requirement, then compare means selection on cylinder repair technology, and gives the brush plating repair cylinder concrete process and the selection of process parameters, finally tests the performance of repair cylinder.
