基于PLC的交流伺服实验台的控制系统研制

摘    要:采用s7-200 PLC作为控制器设计一双轴位置控制系统,模拟机械手的搬运过程,实现了实验台伺服控制。同时,给出了实验台的总体方案及相关的硬件电路,编制了相应的软件。实验证明,该系统具有结构简单,动作响应快,定位准确等特点,能够使学生迅速掌握PLC与伺服电机实现伺服控制的原理及方法。

Abstract:A dual axle position control system which adopts s7-200 PLC as a controller is designed in this paper,the manipulator handling process is simulated and the test bench servo control is realized. At the same time, the overall scheme of the test bench and the related hardware circuit are given out, and the corresponding software is compiled.Experiments show that the system is of simple composition, rapid reaction, and accurate situation and so on, which make students master quickly the principle and method that PLC and servo motor realizes servo control.
