| 摘 要： | 在PLC控制系统使用Profibus-DP工业控制总线时,一旦DP主从站通讯模块出现故障,将影响整个控制系统工作,主要介绍了一种使用LabView与OPC服务器数据交换替代PLC通讯中DP主从站模块的方法,在缺失主从站模块时,控制系统也能正常工作。

| Abstract: | When we use profibus-DP bus it is frequent with the PLC control system. Once the communication module of DP master-slave station fails, the whole control system will out of control. This paper mainly introduces a method of using LabView and OPC server instead of DP slave station, Which the control system can still work properly, even if master-slave station module is missing. |
