混氢换热器壳程入口接管开裂分析

摘    要:对重整加氢装置混氢换热器壳程入口接管所发生的脆性开裂进行了详细分析,包括外观检查、化学成分、金相组织、力学性能和断口分析。结果表明,脆性裂纹是由于焊接氢引起的延迟开裂。通过本文,可为以后类似接管开裂等现象的分析提供解决办法。

Abstract:The brittle cracking hydrogenation device hydrogen mixing heat exchanger shell entrance over what happened in detail, including the analysis of visual inspection, chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture. The results show that, brittle crack is due to delayed crack caused by hydrogen welding.Through this article, can provide solution for the analysis of similar nozzle cracking phenomenon.
