| 摘 要： | 把思想政治工作从制度上纳入企业基础管理之中,用质量管理体系整合思想政治工作,在一定程度上解决了思想政治工作与生产经营活动“两张皮”的问题,实现了思想政治工作的程序标准化、过程规范化、操作制度化、审核经常化、改进持续化,推动了企业的全面发展。
