摘    要:NiFe2O4-M金属陶瓷惰性阳极由氧化物陶瓷相和金属相组成.多数美国专利认为Fe,Ni,Cu,Co,Ti,Cr,Mn,Al,Pd,Ag,V,Zr,Y,La,Ta,Nb,Sc,Hf,Ca,Sn,Zn等21种金属均适合作为上述阳极的金属相成分.但文中的热力学详细分析计算结果表明:在上述前8种金属中,仅有Cu,Ni 2种适...

Abstract:NiFe2O4-M cermet inert anode is composed of the oxides ceramic and metallic phases.Most of U.S patents consider that 21 metals like Fe,Ni,Cu,Co,Ti,Cr,Mn,Al,Pd,Ag,V,Zr,Y,La,Ta,Nb,Sc,Hf,Ca,Sn,Zn,etc.are the constituents of the metallic phase suitable to the aforesaid anode.However,the results of thermodynamic analysis and computation show that only Cu and Ni are suitable to the metallic phase of the inert anode mentioned,and Al,Mn,Cr,Ti,Fe,Co are not suitable because they can reduce Fe2O3 or NiO in ceramic phase when being sintered.In addition,the surplus metals of 13 species,for example,Pd,Ag,V,Zr,Y,etc.are also not suitable due to high expense or poor resource.
