摘    要:本文对测定污泥和土壤中各种痕量重金属浓度的4种样品制备方法进行了研究:(1)干灰化消解法;(2)湿灰化消解法(硝酸-高氯酸);(3)氢氟酸消解法;(4)微波消解法.通过用火焰原子吸收光谱法对污泥、土壤中镉、铅、镍、铜、锌5种痕量重金属含量的测定,对以上4种样品前处理方法进行比较,得出结论:微波消解法分析精确度高,操作简...

Abstract:This paper studied four methods of sample treatment in measuring a few trace elements in sludge and soil:(1)dry-ashing menthod;(2)wet-digestion menthod;(3) wet-digestion menthod;(4)microwave digestion.The metal,Cd,Pb,Ni,Cu and Zn In sludge and soil were determined by flame atomic spectrometry.The results were showed that microwave digestion were high precise,simple,rapid and good recoveries.
