摘    要:超声辐射下,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,合成AM/ AMPS(PAMA)共聚高吸水性树脂.结果表明:单体中AM的质量分数25%、反应体系pH值为2.0、反应温度为45 ℃和交联剂的质量分数为0.01%时,PAMA共聚高吸水性树脂的吸...

Abstract:With acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as raw material,and N,N′-methylene-bis-acrylmide(NMBA) as crosslinker,a super absorbent resin(PAMA) was prepared by ultrasonic irradiation polymerization.The results show that when the mass fraction of monomer AM is 25%,pH value in reaction system is 2.0,reaction temperature is 45 ℃,and the mass fraction of crosslinker is 0.01%,the water absorption of the PAMA copolymer can achieve 1 326 g/g.The molecular structure of the copolymer was characterized by FT-IR and polarizing optical microscopy.
