变电构架中高架柱与人字柱的节点优化

摘    要:A形钢管是变电构架中最常用的变电构架柱形式,但在高架柱和人字柱连接节点处,特别是对于变电构架柱体系端部带有斜腿撑的人字柱,节点构造尤为复杂.本文通过一个实际工程中所用的变电构架柱中高架柱与人字柱连接节点进行有限元计算,提出了连接节点处加劲肋布置的优化方案.在此优化的基础上,进行了以高强钢为材料的计算分析,得出的此种布置...

Abstract:A tube-shaped structure is the most commonly used architecture column form in the transformer substation,but the connections of the truss-column and the elevated column,especially for the diagonal herringbone column with Framework leg braces,are particularly complex.In this paper,by the calculation and the finite element analysis of an actual transformer used in the project framework of the elevated column connection with the Truss-column,the connection stiffener layout optimization program is project.In this optimization,based on the calculation and analysis of high strength steel,we found that the layout is also applicable for high-strength steel,and the high strength steel can increase the carrying capacity of connections.
