Assembling and welding technology of annular revolving platform of circular stockyard stacker-reclaimer

Annular revolving platform is located in the bottom of the circular stockyard stacker-reclaimer and bears total weight of upper central column and reactor system and part weight of scraper-reclaimer and steel structure of portal frame,it is central support unit of complete machine and also basis unit of the rotating of the machine in operation,so its welding quality is required very strictly.In this paper,the use and structural features of this platform are analyzed and its welding technology,assembling technology and welding quality control in manufacturing process are elaborated,which ensures overall welding quality of the platform and the stable operation of the complete machine.
