| 摘 要： | 通过对合金钢42Cr Mo与ZG270-500的焊接性分析,确定焊前预热、焊后热处理及焊接过程中的温度及其他焊接工艺参数,严格控制焊接顺序和对淬硬层的清除,采用火焰加热的方法对焊缝进行保温,对焊接操作者及质量控制人员进行培训及技术交底,保证了焊接性较差的异种材料的焊接质量。

| Abstract: | Through dissimilar materials welding performance analysis of the alloy steel 42CrMo and ZG270-500,determine the preheating temperature,post weld heat treatment temperature and other welding process parameters,strictly control the welding sequence and the removal of hardening layer,the welding seam is insulated by the method of flame heating,and the training and technical disclosure of welding operator and quality control personnel are carried out to ensure the welding quality of dissimilar materials with poor weldability. |
