失效零件再制造修复的特点是:待修复形状和位置的随机变化特性,修复件性能不均匀性,修复加工需控制成本。针对性地提出构建满足个性化修复需求的系统构建策略:增材制造系统用于修复,同时配用小热输入量的弧焊电源;构建了由机器人作为承载体、弧焊电源、开发的控制系统和辅助系统组成的柔性增材修复系统;详细介绍系统的设计原则、设备选用和系统集成;选择了库卡机器人,选用具有"冷金属过渡技术"(CMT Advanced)弧焊电源,研发了由工控机为硬件的控制系统。这套系统可以很好地完成修复工作,满足退役零件个性化的修复需求。

Flexible additive system for remanufacture pairing

The characteristics of remanufacturing repair for failure parts are analyzed.They are the random variation of shape and position to be repaired of the parts,and performance nonuniformity of repaired parts,and repair processing cost to be controlled.The system construction strategy to be fulfilled the demand of personalized repair is put forward.Additive manufacture with arc welding power source which has small heat input is used to be repaired.The system is composed of a robot as a carrier,arc welding power,control system of development and auxiliary system.The design principle,equipment selection and system integration of this system are introduced.The KUKA robot and arc welding power supply with cold metal transition technology (CMT Advanced)are selected.A control system consisting of an industrial computer as hardware is developed.This system can be well used as the job of repairing,and can meet the personalized repair needs of the retired parts.
