摘    要:通过对比分析电刷镀、热喷涂、堆焊以及激光熔覆四种再制造技术的特点和用于车轴再制造修复的现状,阐述了激光再制造技术作为新型制造技术的优势。从激光熔覆技术的设备和关键工艺、熔覆层的微观组织的特性、粉末材料的可开发性以及采用超声波消除残余应力手段等方面进行讨论和分析,说明激光熔覆技术用于高速动车组车轴的再制造是可行的。

Abstract:Four major types of remanufacturing techniques,namely,brush plating,thermal spraying,TIG welding and laser deposition,are compared in terms of their characteristics and suitability for remanufacture of high-speed train unit axles.And the advantages of laser remanufacturing technique as a new-type manufacturing technology are summarized.It is clear that laser deposition is overall superior to the other three.Further discussion is provided regarding the equipment and key technology of laser deposition,the characteristic of microstructure of laser deposition layer,and the development of metal powder materials.More importantly,ultrasonic impact treatment is introduced to relieve the residual stress.It is indicated that laser deposition with proper powder materials and surface posttreatment should be able to meet the remanufacturing requirement of high-speed train unit axles.
