摘    要:轻卡车架第二横梁组焊,焊合件厚度不同,满焊位置多,焊点多,自动焊接难度大。分析车架第二横梁总成焊接工艺性,给出车架第二横梁总成焊合工作站的设计方案及焊接工艺指导书。机器人自动焊接实现了第二横梁总成焊接全自动化,解决了焊接节拍高、焊点位置复杂、工人劳动强度大、人工成本高、工作环境恶劣等问题,提高了焊合效率;在焊合调试过程中,对咬边、焊穿、焊核偏小等焊合缺陷问题提出了解决措施,效果显著;焊合工作站机器人自动焊接的一致性,克服了人为因素带来的不足,质量稳定可靠,产品成形美观,具有很高的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Automatic welding of light truck frame second beam is difficult because the beam has too many full welding structures and welding points,and the welding parts vary in thickness.Through the analysis of assembly welding process of second beam frame,the design scheme and the instruction of second frame beam assembly welding workstation is given.Automatic welding robot has solved problems of complex welding position,adapted to high welding rate,reduced labor intensity and improved working environment.It makes the welding process totally automatic and improves the welding efficiency.Effective countermeasures are put forward in the debugging process of welding to solve the problems of bum-through,welding undercut,small welding nuclear defects.The consistency of automatic welding workstation has overcome welding problems caused by human factors,which guarantees the stable quality and the beautiful appearance,and has very high engineering application value.
