摘    要:利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器设计了电弧声信号采集系统,并以MIG射滴过渡和射流过渡电弧声信号作为研究对象,采用小波包分解和重构电弧声信号,提取不同频带能量特征,构造识别射滴过渡和射流过渡的特征向量。研究表明:射滴过渡和射流过渡电弧声频谱主要集中在0~7 k Hz,射滴过渡电弧声能量在低频段(0~1.5 k Hz)有较高幅值,射流过渡在高频段(2~5 k Hz)有较高幅值,射滴过渡和射流过渡电弧声信号在S_(4,0)、S_(4,2)、S_(4,3)频带能量百分比差异明显,可作为识别射滴过渡和射流过渡的特征向量。

Abstract:The arc sound signal acquisition system is designed based on LabVIEW virtual instrument.The MIG welding droplet transfer and spray transfer arc sound signals are taken as the research object.The arc sound signals are decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet packet and the characteristics of different frequency bands energy are extracted,and hen,the feature vectors of droplet transfer and spray transfer arc sound signals are constructed and identified.The results show that the arc sound frequency spectrums of these two kinds of transfers mainly concentrate in 0~7 kHz.The arc sound energy of droplet transfer has higher amplitude at low frequency band (0~1.5 kHz) and that of spray transfer has higher amplitude at high frequency band (2~5 kHz).The energy percentage of the arc sound signals of these two kinds of transfers in the frequency bands of S4,0,S4,2,S4 and 3 are obviously different,which can be used as a feature vector to identify droplet transfer and sprav transfer.
