摘    要:采用三电弧双丝电弧焊,利用耐磨堆焊Fe-Cr-C-B系药芯焊丝作双丝,在Q235钢表面制备不同焊接工艺参数堆焊层,分析堆焊层熔合比、组织结构及耐磨性。结果表明:三电弧双丝药芯电弧焊堆焊可在较大范围调整焊接参数,获得较小的焊缝熔深、较低稀释率和较高的熔敷效率,耐磨性优异;当三电弧电流为150 A、电压30 V、焊丝伸出长度15 mm、送丝速度6 m/min、脉冲频率70 Hz时,堆焊层熔合比为0.07,堆焊层HRC为65,磨损量最小,耐磨性优良。

Abstract:The surfacing layers with different welding parameters are prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by adopting tri-arc double wire arc surfacing and taking wear-resistant surfacing Fe-Cr-C-B series flux-cored wire as double wire,the penetration ratio,microstructure and wear resistance of the surfacing layer are analyzed.The results show that the welding parameters of tri-arc double wire arc surfacing can be adjusted in a wide range,the smaller weld penetration,low dilution rate,higher deposition efficiency and good abrasive resistance are received.When tri-arc current is 150 A,voltage is 30 V,wire extension length is 15 mm,wire feed rate is 6 m· min-1 and pulse frequency is 70 Hz,the fusion ratio of surfacing layer is 0.07,surfacing layer for HRC is 65,abrasion loss is the minimum and wear resistance is excellent.
