摘    要:聚氯乙烯材料的管道在流体介质中应用非常广泛。为保证管材之间连接质量,利用智能控制技术和新型电力电子器件,设计节能型熔接焊机电源。该电源以单片机为控制核心,利用模糊PID自适应控制技术,计算外部环境温度和焊接界面温度,根据电压偏差大小,利用模糊自适应调整PID参数,在线自校正,快速找出合适的输出直流电压占空比,提高焊接速度。在硬件电路设计方面,采用π型LC滤波电路和由IGBT构成的双直流HPWM变换电路,大大改善了输出电压质量。对所设计电源进行仿真分析,结果表明,该电源节约了电路成本,提高了调节速度,输出电压稳定。

Abstract:PVC pipe is widely used in the fluid medium.In order to ensure the quality of the joining of pipes,the power supply for energysaving fusion welding machine is designed by using intelligent control technology and new power electronic devices.This power supply takes SCM as control core and uses fuzzy adaptive PID control technology to calculate the external environment temperature and the temperature of welding interface,and according to the voltage deviation,it uses fuzzy adaptive PID parameters to realize online self-correction and quickly find the appropriate duty cycle of output DC voltage and improves the welding speed.The πr type LG filter circuit and double DC HPWM converter circuit composed of IGBT are adopted for design of hardware circuit,which greatly improves the quality of output voltage.Finally,the designed power supply is simulated and analyzed.The result shows that the power supply saves the circuit cost,improves the rate of regulation and the stability of output voltage.
