激光打孔机床控制系统设计与分析

摘    要:激光加工机床近年来广泛应用于航空、航天、兵器、电子、核工业等国防工业,以及汽车、机车、机械制造等民用行业。针对透平机械上的火焰筒气膜孔的加工及薄壁零件异形孔切割,介绍一种基于YAG固体激光器的激光打孔机的结构。该打孔机选用FAGOR数控系统、日本HARMONIC驱动器及力矩电机构成打孔机的五轴结构。详细分析系统调试参数对激光制孔工艺的影响。试验结果表明,机床结构加工性能良好,该控制模式具有很好的通用性,可用于其他类型的激光加工机床。

Abstract:In recent years,laser processing machine has been widely used in national defense industries,such as aviation,aerospace,weapons,electron and nuclear industry,as well as civil industries,such as automobile,locomotive and machine manufacturing.For the processing of the flame tube air film hole and the cutting of irregularly-shaped hole of thin-walled parts,the structure of a laser drilling machine based on YAG solid-state laser is introduced.This drilling machine adopts FAGOR CNC system,Japan HARMONIC driver and torque motor to constitute its five-axis structure.The influence of system debugging parameters on laser drilling process is analyzed in detail The results show that this machine structure has good processing performance,and the control mode is very versatile and can be applied to other types of laser processing machines.
