摘    要:为适应尿素装置低负荷运行的要求,采取提高系统氨碳比、提高CO2中氧含量、稳定合成塔出料、控制氨汽提塔壳侧蒸汽加入量等项技术措施,以利于尿素装置的系统稳定、节能降耗和设备防腐。根据原料天然气供应情况,适时调整尿素造粒负荷,采用间断造粒的新方法,以保证尿素成品质量。

Abstract:In order to suit the requirements for operation with low load of urea plant, the technical measures-increasing the ratio of ammonia/carbon of system, increasing the oxygen content in CO2, stabilizing the discharging material of reactor, increasing the added steam quantity etc. in shell side of ammonia stripper were adopted to facilitate the system stability, energy conservation/consume reduction and anti-corrosion of equipment for the urea plant. According to the supply situation of raw natural gas, the willing load of urea was adjusted in a suitable time; the new method of intermittently prilling was adopted in order to ensure the quality of urea product.
