摘    要:本文针对受限带宽下,医疗机器人视频传输存在的问题,在分析已有算法的基础上,提出了一种基于端到端消息反馈的自适应码率视频传输算法.算法根据接收端反馈的网络状况因子,判断当前网络状况,从而自适应调整发送端的视频传输码率.实验结果表明,算法能够保证视频在受限带宽下进行传输时,仍具有较高的视频质量和较低的丢包率,而且解决了消息延迟的隐患,可应用于受限带宽下的实时视频通话.

Abstract:This paper aims at the problem of video transmission for medical robots under limited bandwidth, based on the analysis of the existing algorithms to propose an adaptive rate video transmission algorithm from end to end message feedback. The algorithm determines the current network condition based on the network condition factor feedback from the receiver. As a result, the video transmission code rate of the transmitter is adaptively adjusted. The experimental result shows that the algorithm still has a high video quality and low packet loss rate when the video is transmitted under limited bandwidth. It also solves the hidden danger of message delay and can be applied to real-time video calls under limited bandwidth.
