淡水环境中水工钢闸门的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:水工钢闸门的腐蚀主要属于电化学腐蚀,在腐蚀过程中不仅有化学反应,而且还伴有微电流产生。目前国内闸门腐蚀防护措施主要为涂料防护和金属热喷涂防护。对喷锌层与喷铝层的腐蚀防护进行比较,喷铝层优于喷锌层,并介绍了AC铝涂层及无机锌硅涂料。

Abstract:Corrosion of hydraulic steel water gate was an electrochemical process. Chemical reaction and current occur during corrosion process. The main measures for water gate protection in our country are painting and metal hot spray at present. It is found that Al spray layer is superior to Zn spray layer. The AC aluminum painting and inorganic Zn Si painting are introduced in this paper.
