采场顶板锚索锚杆联合支护加固效果模拟分析

摘    要:工程岩体质量等级为III级和IV级的采场顶板,因其岩体破坏特点和破坏程度不同,需采取不同强度的支护方案。针对不同岩体质量等级采场顶板初选的锚索锚杆联合支护技术参数,建立数值分析模型并选取若干关键位置监测点,对模拟开采过程中的变形量、应力值、塑性区范围等进行实时监测,以反应采场顶板锚索锚杆联合支护技术方案的加固效果。通过数值模拟计算对采场顶板支护前后相关监测参数对比分析,结果表明:采场顶板区域支护后拉应力值比未支护时降低约35%,支护作业最大可降低顶板位移量48.3%,支护后顶板塑性区范围明显减少。锚索锚杆联合支护可大幅提高采场顶板的安全性,较好控制顶板应力值和位移量,保障采场内作业安全。研究结果可为类似矿山采场顶板支护方案选择和加固效果评价提供指导。

Abstract:The roof rock mass with engineering rock mass quality of grade III and IV needs to adopt support technical schemes with different strengths due to the different failure characteristics and degree of surrounding rock. According to the technical scheme of combined support with anchor cable and bolt preliminarily selected for the roof of stope in different grades of rock mass, a numerical analysis model was established and several key monitoring points were selected to monitor the deformation, stress value, and plastic zone range in real time during the simulated mining process, so as to reflect the reinforcement effect. Through the comparative analysis of relevant monitoring parameters before and after stope roof support through numerical simulation calculation, the research indicated that the tensile stress value after stope roof support was about 35% lower than that without support, the maximum roof displacement can be reduced by 48.3%, and the range of roof plastic area after support was significantly reduced. The combined support of anchor cable and bolt can greatly improve the safety of goaf roof, well control the roof stress and displacement, and ensure the safety of operation in the stope. The research results can provide guidance for the selection of stope roof support scheme and the evaluation of reinforcement effect in similar mines.
