摘    要:针对我国智慧矿山建设过程中存在的多系统、数据难以有效整合的问题,基于三维还原技术,通过智能运维对矿山大数据进行采集、分析、计算、输入、呈现,研发了智慧矿山三维可视化管理系统。介绍系统的架构设计、三维场景的构建、异构数据的整合、智能设备的连接,完成数字矿井子系统、厂站管理子系统的构建。实现了矿山数据实时图形可视化、场景化以及实时交互,提升了矿业企业的管理水平和工作效率,为智慧矿山建设提供了参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of multiple systems and difficult data integration in the construction of smart mines in China, this paper developed three-dimensional visual management system for smart mines by collecting, analyzing, calculating, inputting, and presenting big data of mines through intelligent operation and maintenance based on three-dimensional restoration technology. The system architecture design, the construction of three-dimensional scenes, the integration of heterogeneous data, and the connection of smart devices were introduced to complete the construction of the digital mine subsystem and the plant and station management subsystem. Real-time graphical visualization, scene-based and real-time interaction of mine data were realized, the management level and work efficiency of mining enterprises were improved, which the work can provide a reference for the construction of smart mines.
