| 摘 要： | 介绍细旦有光三叶异形 FDY的生产工艺 ,讨论了在村田 FDY生产线上 ,干燥条件、纺丝温度、冷却条件、纺丝速度、拉伸比等工艺参数对加工 50 dtex/ 4 8f三叶形 FDY的影响 ,适当调整工艺 ,可制得质量较好的细旦有光三叶形 FDY。

| Abstract: | The production process of fine denier bright trilobal FDY was introduced. With Murata production line, the effects of the process parameters, such as drying conditions, spinning temperature, quenching conditions, spinning velocity and draw ratio etc., on the production of 50 dtex/48 f trilobal FDY were discussed. The fine denier bright trilobal FDY with relatively good quality can be obtained by appropriately adjusting the production process. |
