| 摘 要： | 通过对清平水库及配套工程进行国民经济后评价 ,分析计算已建项目对国民经济的净贡献和所取得的效益 ,同时对在现状基础上规划新增项目的经济合理性进行分析。得出工程自建成运行以来不仅早就回收了投资而且产生了较大的净效益 ,工程在经济上是合理可行的 ,决策是正确的。在现有工程基础上规划新增的各项投入也是经济可行的 ,建议各项规划工作能得到进一步实施

| Abstract: | By country economy posterior evaluation of the Qingping reservoir and its corollary works, the author analyzed and calculated the built projects'net benefit for country economy and the planned projects economic rationality and expounded that the built projects not only recovered investment early but also produced more net benefit. The planned investment is also economic and feasible. The projects planning works are proposed here to carry out forwards. |
