摘    要:采用simple算法和k-ε模型,以某600 MW直接空冷机组空冷岛为例,对其外部流场进行数值模拟,分析了不同风速下冷却空气的流场和温度场,提出了增大迎风面风机转速的运行方案,得到了自然风速变化对凝汽器换热效率的影响,为进一步优化空冷岛风机运行提供了理论参考。

Abstract:With Simple algorithm and k-ε model,taking 600MW direct air-cooled unit as an example,the numerical simulation has been made against the exterior flow field.The flow distribution and temperature field of air under different wind velocity for direct air cooled condenser have been analyzed and a program of increasing windward fan speed has been put forward in the paper.And various wind velocity against heat exchange efficiency in the direct air cooled condenser has been obtained so as to provide a theoretical reference further to optimize the fan operation in the direct air-cooled power unit.
