秩和比法耦合数值模拟优化采场结构参数研究

摘    要:为了得到合理的采场结构参数, 在地应力测量的基础上, 利用FLAC3D对内蒙古获各琦铜矿CuⅠ矿体采用的上向水平分层充填采矿法采场在不同结构参数下的稳定性进行了研究, 并分析了矿房围岩的应力与位移在不同结构参数(如矿柱宽、矿房宽、控顶高度)下的变化情况。结果显示: 开挖矿房两帮出现最大位移和最大拉应力, 顶板出现最大压应力。从安全角度出发, 采用秩和比法对正交设计的9种方案模拟结果进行优选, 从经济角度分析, 得出获各琦铜矿采场最佳尺寸组合为矿柱宽10 m, 矿房跨度10 m, 控顶高度7 m。

Abstract:In Huogeqi Copper Mine of Inner Mongolia, upward horizontal slice stoping and filling method was adopted in mining of Cu Ⅰ orebody. In order to obtain reasonable structural parameters of stope, the stability of the stope with different the structural parameters was studied by using FLAC3D based on the measurement of in-situ stresses. The change in the stress and displacement of surrounding rock were analyzed for the stope with different structural parameters such as pillar size, room size and stope lamination height. Results showed that the maximum displacement and tensile stress were observed on both sides of the stope, while the maximum compressive stress occurred on the top of the stope. From security perspective, optimal selection was conducted by using Rank-sum Ratio(RSR) method for simulation results of nine kinds of programs with orthogonal design. Based on economical analysis, the reasonable stope structure parameters for this mine is as follows: pillar is 10 m in width, room is 10 m in span and the distance of face roof is controlled within 7 m.
