摘    要:为了不断适应各种机械高速化、高功率的发展趋势 ,对于具有承载能力大 ,齿面硬度高 ,抗点蚀性能好以及精度和齿面光洁度也高的硬齿面齿轮的需求量越来越大。采用硬质合金刀具成为齿轮精加工的发展方向之一。介绍了硬质合金圆磨精切齿轮滚刀的研究现状和几何参数

Abstract:In order to meet various kinds of development trends of machinery melting at a high speed , high power constantly, for have bearing capacity to be heavy, high hardness have the tooth, it loses of good performance to order to resist and precision and smooth finish demand of gear wheel heavier and heavier the high hard tooth too the tooth. Adopt one of the developing direction that the hard alloy cutter becomes finish machining of the gear wheel. Recommend hard alloy to be round to rub precise to gnash one's teeth rounds of research current situation and geometry parameter of hobbing cutter.
