蔬菜嫁接机自动上苗装置研究

摘    要:目前,蔬菜自动嫁接机一般都靠人工方式上苗,这不仅降低了嫁接效率,而且嫁接的质量也很难保证。为了解决这一问题,文章根据并联机构的优点设计了一种二自由度上苗装置,该装置能实现蔬菜自动嫁接机的自动上苗功能。根据实际要求。文章对装置的尺寸进行了优化,分析表明,该装置的精度达到了自动上苗的要求。图8参10

Abstract:Vegetable grafting robots is generally fed seedling to the grafting by manualwork, which not only reduce the efficiency, but also the grafting quality. In order to solve this problem, a kind of two based on the advantages of parallel mechanism was presented, which realize the s degrees of freedom seedling feeder can be automatically fed to the vegetable grafting robot. According to the actual requirements, the paper proposed the optimized size. Analysis shows that the accuracy can meet the requirements of automatic seedling fed to grafting robot. Ch,8 fig. 10 ref. ]
