摘    要:该文讨论了现有气测仪存在的四大四小问题,包括组分道样品气失真(常规脱气器的样品气——脱出立即混入空气),从而影响分析数据的质量、钻井液含气饱和度S不能直接测得(需要校正)、独套配置的整机因性能“单调”而适用性差和无法解决仪器偶发故障时漏测资料造成损失等问题。该文针对这些问题介绍了Q92新型气测仪的研制方案,Q92的主要特点是使用有固定容积钻井液采样罐且运转过程与大气隔离的自动蒸馏脱气器AVMS,配给各组分道。所脱出的样品气是无空气基的,且能直接测得S而无需校正;另一是整机由“多套组合”构成,能可靠地防止因仪器偶发故障而漏测资料、可缩短组分分析周期且整机性能多样化,在现场适应各类地质条件的能力强;次要特点如抽真空进样等。文末估计了Q92应用后将有可能引起的样品气质量改善、气测井资料整体录取量成倍增加等变化,探讨了相应的研究工作。

Abstract:The author presents four big problems and four small questionable problems including compositional channel gas sample falsification, which affect the quality of analysing data so that the drilling fluid gas saturation S can not be measured directly. As to the configuration of the present gaslogger,it is not suitable for various cases since its monotony property,and therefore it can not solve the problem of lost data when it works abnormally. The paper introduces the designing plan of Q92 New Type Gaslogger according to above problems, its distinguished feature is the use of AVMS which has fixed volume drilling fluid sample tank and is isolated from air during its running, so the degassed gas sample is of no air base to every compositional channel, and the saturation S can be detected directly (no calibration). Another feature is that the gaslogger is consisted of"multi set combination"which prevents lost data during equipment misfunction,reduces the analysing cycle and is suitable for various geological conditions on wellsite.
