摘    要:借助于理论分析与实验模型研究,模拟了16MnR中板热轧变形时奥氏体再结晶规律的演化过程,并根据实测结果对静态再结晶模型进行了修正。所得结果与实测符合得较好,作为将理论与实验的研究结果应用于现场的初步尝试,为在生产实际中控制与预报中板的组织与性能提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The thesis simulated evolutionary process of the recrystallization rule of 16MnR plate during hot rolling and amend static recrystallization model by actual results in the presence of theory analysis and experiment model research. The simulative results, which were coincident with the experimental results, could be used as the parameters in the on-site production. This paper presented theoretical basis for controlling and forecasting microstructure and property of medium plate in the industrial production.
