嘧菌环胺对葡萄灰霉病室内毒力测定和田间药效试验

以菌丝生长速率法测定嘧菌环胺对葡萄灰霉病菌的毒力.结果表明:嘧菌环胺的EC50值为0.0319 mg/L,EC90值为0.0955 mg/L;腐霉利的EC50值为0.3235 mg/L,EC90值为1.4080 mg/L;嘧菌环胺对腐霉利的T50值为1014,T90值为1474.说明嘧菌环胺对葡萄灰霉病菌的抑制活性好于腐霉利.2008年和2009年田间药效试验结果证明:在葡萄灰霉病发生初期,用50%嘧菌环胺WG有效剂量125～200 mg/kg连续喷药3次,使用间隔期7～10 d,防效达72.50%～80.44%,是防治葡萄灰霉病较理想的杀菌剂.

Toxicity Test in Laboratory and Field Evaluations of Cyprodinil Control of Botrytis cinerea

The toxicity of cyprodinil and procymidone against to Botrytis cinerea were tested by mycelium growth rate test. The result showed that EC50 and EC90 of cyprodinil were 0.0319 and 0.0955 mg/L respectively; EC50 and EC90 of procymidone were 0.3235 and 1.4080 mg/L respectively; T50 and T90 of cyprodinil to procymidone were 1014 and 1474 respectively.
