摘    要:平湖油气田钻采平台是我国东海海域的第1座平台。在中国海洋石油总公司平湖工程项目组的组织管理下,海上安装承包商HEEREMA成功地完成了海上安装工作。该海上安装突破了常规的下水驳船安装导管架的模式,采用了一系列海上安装先进技术,如大型导管架吊装,垂直裙桩,水下液压锤连续打桩,甲板整块安装等,有效地提高了海上安装的效率。整个平台的海上安装仅用了两周时间,而全部裙桩的打桩作业仅用了3d。

Abstract:Pinghu drilling and production platform, the first offshore platform in the East China Sea, was successfully installed by Heerema under management of Pinghu oil & gas field development PMT, CNOOC. The platform was installed by lifting instead of conventional launch method, which significantly improved the offshore installation efficiency. Many advanced techniques were applied in the installation work, such as large jacket lifting, all vertical skirt piles, continuous under water piling and integrated deck installation. All offshore installation work were completed within two weeks and piling works only taken three days.
