铜基催化剂上富二氧化碳合成气制甲醇的研究

摘    要:采用两步共沉淀法制备了一种铜基催化剂,在微反装置上评价了反应条件对其催化富CO2合成气合成甲醇反应的影响。结果表明,随温度升高,CO转化率和甲醇时空收率都出现一个极大值,而CO2转化率呈上升趋势;在实验允许的范围内,增大压力是提高CO和CO2转化率和甲醇时空收率的有效手段;提高原料入塔气中H2含量,可提高CO和CO2的转化率,但甲醇时空收率下降;提高空速,可提高甲醇时空收率,但CO和CO2转化率下降。
