直湖港水环境综合整治探讨

在直湖港水环境质量与污染源调查评价的基础上,计算了水环境容量、污染物入河量及污染物削减目标,并对水环境状况恶化的原因进行了综合分析。对直湖港水环境综合整治规划提出的经济和城乡结构调整、污染源控制和水环境监管等整治措施的污染物削减效果进行了定量分析,论述了各项措施实施后水质目标的可达性。

Water environment improvement of Zhihu Gang River

Based on the investigation on the water environment quality of Zhihu Gang River and its pollution sources, this paper analyses the reasons of degradation of water environment, with the calculation of its water environmental capacity, the amount of pollutants into the river, and the pollutants reduction goals. It also analyses the reduction effect of the measure proposed by Integrated Water Environment Improvement Plan of Zhihu Gang River in quantitatively, such as： the readjustment of economical structure and urban-rural structure, control of pollution sources and supervision of water environment. Finally it discusses the feasibility of water quality goal after these measures.
