摘    要:结合大坝的破坏特点和工作条件要求,提出一种适于确定飞来峡水利枢纽9号溢流坝段安全监控指标的新方法,即根据强度储备法研究得到的坝体坝基的局部屈服、临界屈服、失稳破坏的发展阶段及对应的应力位移条件,进行统计回归分析得到与上下游水位相关的大坝安全、警戒、极限状态判断的监控指标.为枢纽的安全运行提供了科学的参考依据。

Primary Research on Dam Safety Monitoring Indexes for the Overflow Dam Section of Feilai Gorge Project

Abstract:According to failure characteristics and demand of dam working condition,a new method of making safety monitoring index is propounded which is applicable to the overflow darn section of Feilai Gorge Project. Through the strength reserve method, the gradually failure progress (part surrendering, critically -surrender, steadily -destroy)and the related stress and deformation of the dam are obtained, the safety monitoring index correlated with the upstream and downstream water level are achieved by statistic regression, which is used to judge the safety state of the dam (safe,critical,ultimate) according to the former results. It provides an important reference for safe operation of the project.
